What is Fun Group doing to keep travelers safe?
Fun Group are excited to welcome you back and take you to the fantastic locations we have to offer. However, in light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to raise our already demanding Health & Safety guidelines.
Our procedures have been developed based on guidelines released by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local requirements and best practices from our partners. We have taken a thorough approach to make sure we are prepared for the “New normal” and these reflect our values towards hospitality and care for both our employees and travelers as we are all in this together.
Our employees all follow new and heightened operational standards before, during and after each tour that we operate. Each van and any other equipment used on tour is meticulously cleaned after each outing and our employees will be promoting enhanced hygiene standards to minimize the risk of exposure and do our part in protecting our community. This is part of an initiative that we collectively call our "Fun Quality" promise. Furthermore, we will be implementing mandatory COVID-19 testing to promote the safety of our tours for our staff.
What we request from our travelers
If you have a temperature above 37.5°C on the day of the tour, or you do not follow the instructions of our guides, we may cancel the tour. When a tour cancellation is decided for these reasons, there will be no refund issued.
