Fun Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Fun Group (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Group"), which is composed of its subsidiaries and affiliates, has established the Fun Group’s privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") of the services provided by the Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), and will strictly manage the personal information of Members in accordance with the Policy.

Provision of personal information

The Group will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage or loss of personal information. In addition, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the Member, except in the following cases: (1) When required by law (2) When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Member. (3) When it is necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound growth of children and is difficult to obtain the consent of the Member. (4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a party entrusted by such an agency or organization in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the Member is likely to impede the execution of such affairs. (5) In the event that the court issues a warrant of seizure for a criminal investigation through proper procedures based on the Code of Criminal Procedure. (6) In the event that the handling of personal information is entrusted to a business partner to the extent necessary to achieve the Purpose of Use specified in this Policy. (7) In the event that a Member's actions violate the Terms of Use of the Company’s Services, or in the event that the Company deems it necessary to protect the rights or property of the Member, a third party, or the Group. (8) When disclosure or entrustment of personal information is permitted by law or the Terms of Use, which has been agreed by the Member.

Indirect collection of personal information

The Group may collect personal information indirectly from each company in the Group.

Confirmation, correction and deletion of personal information

Members may confirm, correct or delete their personal information upon registration via My Page of the Company's Services. Even if a Member no longer uses the Company's Services, the Group will retain the personal information obtained from the Member for an unspecified period of time and may use it when necessary.

Revision of this Policy

The Group reserves the right to revise this Policy in accordance with laws and regulations, if deemed necessary to do so based on reasonable grounds. In the event of a significant change, a notice will be posted on the Services, or an email will be sent to the Members.
