  • How do I book a tour?
    You can book a tour by clicking the "Book Now" button on the tour page.
  • How can I check the availability of a tour?
    Check the calendar from "Book Now" on the tour page and select the desired date. If "Available!" is displayed, there are seats available for booking. If "The selected date is sold out" is displayed, please select an alternative date.
  • How can I check the price?
    Check the calendar from "Book Now" on the tour page, select the desired date, and select the number of participants and any options. The total payment amount will be displayed in the "Price" column.
  • How can I confirm that my booking is complete?
    Please check your confirmation email sent after a reservation is completed. You can also check your reservation details from your account at any time.
  • I haven't received any emails.
    Please check your email settings so that you can receive emails from "@fungroup.inc". The email may be recognized as "junk mail", so please check the junk mail folder or trash in your inbox.
  • Where can I check my booking details and reservation ID?
    You can check your reservation details and reservation ID by going to "Account" > "Bookings"
  • Can we have a private tour?
    It depends on the tour and schedule. Please contact us here for details.
  • I would like my tour to be led by a guide of my choice.
    Unfortunately we cannot make these arrangements.
  • How can I book a tour for more than the maximum number of people that can be selected on the tour page?
    If you would like to participate with more people than can be selected on the tour page, please contact us here.
  • Can I book tours by phone?
    Unfortunately we do not accept reservations by phone. Please make reservations from the tour page.
  • How many months in advance can I book?
    This will depend on the tour. Please check available dates on the calendar of each tour page.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    For reservations booked on the Fun website, we accept payment by credit card only. The types of credit cards that are accepted are as follows. VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • Can I pay in cash?
    For reservations from the Fun site, you can only pay by credit card. Please check each tour page for options that can be purchased in cash locally.
  • What security measures do you have in place surrounding online payments?
    Communication on the site is SSL encrypted so that it cannot be viewed by a third party. All notification emails are encrypted too.
  • I cannot pay using my credit card.
    Please make sure your credit card has not expired and the information you have entered is correct. There could also be a problem with the credit card, so please try another card. If the problem persists, please contact us from here.
  • Can I get a receipt?
    Receipts can be issued in PDF. Please provide the information below and select "About Reservation" as the inquiry type and contact us from here. ・Booking number ・Participation date ・Name (address) you want to show on the receipt
  • My credit card is being charged even though I canceled.
    It may take some time for the refund to be processed after cancellation. Please kindly wait for the refund to be reflected.
  • Which currencies do you accept for payment?
    We currently accept payments in JPY and USD.

Cancellations Cancellations

  • Is it possible to cancel after a booking?
    Yes, it is possible. However, some fees such as cancellation charges and vouchers may arise and will be calculated based on the departure time (local time) set for each tour. The cancellation policy differs for each tour, so please check the tour page for details.
  • How can I cancel my booking?
    Please select the booking you want to cancel via "Account" > "Booking" and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the reservation details page.
  • Do you charge a cancellation fee?
    Cancellation fees will be charged after the specified cancellation time. Cancellation fees differ for each tour, so please check each tour page for details.
  • How do I get a refund after cancellation?
    We will refund to the credit card you used for booking.
  • Can I get a refund if my flight is canceled or if I have other delays due to traffic?
    We apologize for the inconvenience. However, in accordance with our cancellation policy, cancellations after the stipulated time will not be refunded for any reason. The free cancellation period depends on the tour. Please check each tour page for details.
  • Will I be charged for a cancellation due to poor physical condition?

  • If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, will the tour fee be refunded?

  • What should I do if I want to change my reservation details?
    It may vary depending on the availability of the tour. Please contact us from here. If it is within the free cancellation period, please make a cancel the tour from "Account" > "Booking" and then proceed with the correct reservation.
  • Is it possible to change the number of participants?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel the reservation from "Account" > "Booking" and make a new reservation.
  • I sent incorrect traveler information, how can I change it?

  • Can you pick me up and drop me off at my hotel?
    It depends on the tour. Please check "Note" on each tour page for details.
  • How can I learn more about the tour itinerary?
    You can check the details on the tour page, but if you have any questions, please contact us from here. In addition, we will provide information regarding detailed pick-up and times etc. by e-mail when the tour date approaches.
  • What is the emergency contact information that can be used on the day of the tour?
    After making a reservation, we will inform you of the contact information by e-mail.
  • I lost some personal belongings during the tour. What should I do?

  • Do you issue a ticket for the tour?
    Currently, there are no tours that requires tickets.
  • Can you modify my meal?
    If you have any requests, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to cater to your requests but this is not guaranteed.
  • Do you have any vegetarian, vegan, gluten free meal options?
    It depends on the tour. please contact us from here. Please note that we may not be able to cater to your request.
  • Am I allowed to bring any luggage? How many pieces are allowed?
    It depends on the tour. Please check the tour page.
  • Do I need to bring cash?
    If you would like to purchase drinks and souvenirs during the tour, or if you are joining a tour where meals are not included, please bring your own cash.

    You can register and change the email address and password required for login, edit your profile such as picture and name, and add credit card information used for payment. You can also check/cancel a booked tour from the Account Page.
  • How do I create a Fun Group account?
    Please enter the required information on the member registration page.
  • Is there a charge for creating a Fun Group account?
    Member registration is free.
  • I can't log in to My page.
    Please check again that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can change it here. If you forgot your login email address, please contact us from here.
  • How can I change my email address?
    You can change it from "Account" > "Profile".
  • How can I change my password?
    You can change it from "Account" > "Profile".
  • How can I delete my account?
